Common Help
Prayer times look incorrect
Check that Location Services are enabled and that Fazker has permission to use your location. Also review your prayer calculation settings if available.
Qibla is not accurate
Make sure Location Services are enabled and your device compass is available. Moving the phone in a figure-eight motion can help recalibrate the compass.
Notifications are not arriving
Check notification permission, reminder settings, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings, and battery-saving restrictions on Android.
Audio does not play
Check your internet connection for uncached recitations and confirm that the selected reciter supports the requested playback mode.

مساعدة سريعة
مواقيت الصلاة غير دقيقة
تأكد من تفعيل خدمات الموقع ومنح تطبيق فَذَكِّرْ إذن استخدام موقعك، وراجع إعدادات طريقة حساب مواقيت الصلاة إن كانت متاحة.
اتجاه القبلة غير دقيق
تأكد من تفعيل خدمات الموقع وتوفر بوصلة الجهاز. قد يساعد تحريك الهاتف على شكل رقم 8 في إعادة معايرة البوصلة.
الإشعارات لا تصل
راجع إذن الإشعارات وإعدادات التنبيهات ووضع التركيز أو عدم الإزعاج، بالإضافة إلى قيود توفير البطارية على أندرويد.
الصوت لا يعمل
تحقق من اتصال الإنترنت للتلاوات غير المخزنة مؤقتًا، وتأكد من أن القارئ المختار يدعم نوع التشغيل المطلوب.
الإبلاغ عن مشكلة
يفضّل إرفاق المعلومات التالية:
