Fazker is an Islamic utility app that provides Quran reading and audio, Azkar, prayer times, Qibla direction, Tasbeeh, reminders, and related features. We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the data necessary to provide these features.
Information We May Use
Notifications
The app may use local notifications for prayer reminders, Adhan alerts, and Dhikr reminders that you choose to enable.
Microphone
If voice input is enabled for the Assistant, microphone access is used only when you actively choose to speak a command.
App Preferences
Settings such as selected reciter, reminder preferences, Tasbeeh settings, and similar preferences may be stored locally on your device.
How Data Is Handled
Third-Party Services
Fazker may use third-party services for features such as crash reporting, analytics, content delivery, audio delivery, or notifications. These services may process limited technical data according to their own privacy policies. The exact services used may change as the app evolves.
Quran and Audio Content
The app may retrieve Quran audio, recitation metadata, and other content from external providers or content delivery networks. Requests to these services may include ordinary network information such as IP address and device/network metadata that is normally transmitted when accessing online content.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with advertisers.
Data Retention
Most settings and cached content are stored locally on your device. Cached audio and temporary files may be removed by the operating system or by the app. If analytics or crash-reporting services are enabled, their retention is governed by the relevant service provider.
Children
Fazker is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is required to provide app functionality.
Your Choices
You can control permissions such as Location, Microphone, and Notifications from your device settings. You can also disable prayer, Adhan, and Dhikr reminders from within the app.
